हरेक प्रश्नको अंकभार समान रहेको छ ।

द्धन्द्धको परिभाष गर्दै नेपालको समामाजिक र सांस्कृतिक रुपान्तरण गर्न के कस्तो व्यवस्थाको आवश्यकता रहेको छ । आफ्नो धारण प्रस्तुत गर्नुहोस् ।
नेपालमा सामाजिक न्याय र समानताको लागि राज्यबाट अवलम्बन गरिएका नीती र कार्यक्रमहरुको विवेचना गर्नूहोस् ।
विगत जनगणनाको तुलनामा २०६८ को जनगणनामा जनसंख्या बृद्धिदर कम हुनका कारणहरु उल्लेख गर्नुहोस र जनसंख्या बृद्धिबाट अर्थतन्त्रमा पर्ने प्रभावबारे विवेचना गर्नुहोस् ।
मुलुकको समग्र आर्थिक विकासको लागि तीन खम्बे आर्थिक नीति (सरकारी, निजी र सहकारी) कत्तिको प्रभावकारी हुने ठान्नुहुन्छ ? विवेचना गर्नुहोस् ।
नेपालमा वैदेशिक सहायताको महत्वबारे प्रकाश पार्दै वैदेशिक सहायतालाई प्रभावकारी रुपमा परिचलन गर्न के कस्ता उपायहरु अवल्म्बन गर्नुपर्ला ? उल्लेख गर्नुहोस् ।
दिगो विकासको अवधारणा उल्लेख गर्दै नेपालको दिगो विकासका प्रमुख व्यवधानहरु उल्लेख गर्नुहोस् ।
आजको विश्वमा विकासका सर्वसम्बन्धित तथा समसामयिक विषय के –के हुन् ? तपाईको विश्लेषणमा यी विषयहरुको प्रभावकारी संयोजन गर्नका लागि नेपालको वर्तमान आवधिक योजनाको दस्तावेजमा कसरी आत्मसाथ तथा मुलप्रवाहीकरण गरिएको पाउनुभएको छ ?
नेपालको आर्थिक सामाजिक विकासमा सामाजिक सांस्कृतिक परम्परा, समाजिक मुल्य र मान्याताले पुर्याएको नकरात्मक र सकारात्मक भुमिकाको चर्चा गर्नहोस् ।
नेपालमा वन विनाश हुनाका कारणहरु उल्लेख गर्दै त्यसबाट परेका असरहरुको विवेचना गर्नुहोस् ।
जलस्रोत धनि देश भएर पनि नेपालमा उर्जा सङ्कटहुनका कारणहरु के –के हुन ? साथै सो सङ्टबाट मुक्ति पाउन के गर्नुपर्दछ उल्लेख गर्नुहोस् ।

द्वीतिय पत्रः शासन प्रणाली

हरेक प्रश्नको अंकभार समान रहेको छ ।

नेपालमा विकेन्द्रिकरणको प्रयासहरु उल्लेख गर्दै स्थानिय स्वायत्त शासन ऐन २०५५ बमोजिम स्वायत्त शासन प्रणालीका विशेषताहरु उल्लेख र्गनुहोस ।
नेपालको हालको शासन प्रणाली संसदिय शासन पद्धतिसंग मिल्दो जुल्दो छ भनिन्छ ? संसद्धिय शासन पद्धतिका विशेषतासंग हाम्रो शासन प्रद्धतिको तुलना गर्नुहोस् ।
शासन प्रणालीको लागी पारदर्शिता किन बान्छनिय हुन्छ ? नेपालको शासन प्रणालीलाइ पारदर्शी बनाउनको लागी लिएका कदमहरु बताउनुहोस् ।
नेपालको संबैधानिक विकासक्रमका बारेमा प्रकाश पार्दै अन्तरिम संविधान, २०६३ का आधारभुत विशेषताहरु के–के हुन ? लेख्नुहोस् ।
लोकतान्त्रिक शासन पद्धतिमा नागरिक चेतनाको महत्व उल्लेख गर्नुहोस । राष्ट्र निर्माण्को सन्दर्भमा जनताका जिम्मेवारी प्रष्ट पार्नुहोस् ।
विद्युतिय शासन भनेको के हो ? नेपालमा विद्युतिय शासनको सम्भावना बारे टिप्पणी गर्नुहोस् । (३+७)

नेपालमा सार्वजनिक कोषको सदुपयोग गर्न के कस्ता व्यवस्था गरिएको छ ? उल्लेख गर्दै सार्वजनिक कोष सदुपयोग गर्दा नैतिकताको भुमिकाको चर्चा गर्नुहोस् ।
नेपालको सार्वजनिक सेवा प्रवाह प्रभावकारी हुन सकेको छैन भन्ने जनगुनासो छ । यसलाई प्रभावकारी बनाउन के कस्तो उपायहरु अवलम्ब गर्नुपर्ला ? सुझाव दिनुहोस् ।
नेपालको सार्वजनिक सेवामा मेधावी जनशक्ति आकर्षण गर्न र ती जनशक्तिको कार्यसम्पादन स्तर अब्ब्ल बनाई राख्न लोकसेवा आयोग र सेवा सञ्चालन गर्ने निकायले के कस्तो भूमिका निर्वाह गर्नुपर्ने ठान्नहुन्छ ? उल्लेख गर्नुहोस् ।
