Google AdSense Skyscraper Ad Placement Using CSS

Here's the CSS code you need to supply, at a bare minimum. How you supply it is up to you; I'll let you decide which of the many ways to employ CSS that you want to use.

The #data style defines the portion of your page in which you'll put the content of the page (like this stuff I'm writing and you're reading right here.) The positioning stuff is, in my opinion, the most mystical part of CSS. But making any section relative in this way makes the sections position "relative" to other sections.

By specifying a right margin for the #data and making the #data section relative, you're telling other sections to align themselves to in the remaining space to the right of the #data section. If you were to have provided an adequate left margin (for example, margin-left : 167px;) the advertisement would then appear on the left.

In the #sky style, the section is positioned absolute-ly — that is to say, exactly where we tell it to go. In this case, we position it three characters from the top (to even it up visually with the top of the data section) and one character from the right. You'll adjust these values to work with your own site's appearance.

The width tells the skyscraper section to be exactly 160 pixels wide. The width in this case is set to 160 pixels because the Google skyscraper advertisements I chose are 160 pixels wide. If I had selected the 120 pixel wide sky scraper, I'd have set the width aswidth : 120px;.

Google AdSense Skyscraper Ad Placement Using Tables

For most people, the easiest way to implement Google skyscraper advertisements is to use HTML tables. This page explains how to deploy Google skyscraper advertisements on either the right or left hand side of the page.

It's simple for anyone familiar with HTML. Simply create a table with two columns, one for your content, and the second for the Google skyscraper advertisement. Here's an HTML snippet that demonstrates how to do it.

Why all the various attributes on the table cells? Those format the content at the top of the cell, and ensure that the column holding the advertisement doesn't get any wider than necessary.

The valign="top" attribute tells the browser to display both the content and the advertisement at the top of the cell (and therefore at the top of the page.) Without it, it may try to center the content vertically in the cell. It will do this to the cell that is shorter than the other cell.

The width="160" tells the table column holding the skyscraper advertisement to always make itself 160 pixels wide. This is the width of the larger of the two skyscraper options that Google offers. If you choose the thinner, 120 pixel wide advertisements, then change this to width="120".

I used the attribute align="right" to ensure that the advertisement "sticks" to the right hand side of the page, regardless of how the browser is sized.

I also centered the table on the page using the <center> HTML tag, which is a bit of a no-no in these days of style sheets, but I wanted to do this example using only HTML and no CSS. (Heck, pretty much all of this is considered a no-no these days.) The width="90%"attribute on the table tag tells the table to use only 90% of the page width, which leaves a bit of white space on each side of the table.

In this method we will create simple table of one row with two columns. Now, simply you just have to copy / paste the following piece of table in your table in your sidebar widget or any of your other desired place, just make sure to replace ad-code with the exact ad code you recieved from your ad network.

Just copy / paste the following code to your desired position.

IS USING TWO ADSENSE ADS SIDE BY SIDE IS AGAINST GOOGLE POLICIES?

No, it is not against Google policies to align two adsense ads side by side. Gracey, a senior top contributor in Google AdSense Forums has confirmed it too, that; 'You can put two ad units side by side. Frankly though, two large ads side by side is overkill and tends to make sites look like "ad-spam".' But she also added very important thing that, placing ads below post titles that push content below the fold to increase chances of misleading clicks will come into AdSense policy violation.

संविधानले मुलुक संघीयतामा गएपछि दुई किसिमका लोकसेवा आयोग रहने व्यवस्था गरेको छ। एउटा संघीय लोकसेवा आयोग र अर्को प्रदेश लोक सेवा आयोग। प्रदेश लोकसेवा आयोगको व्यवस्था संविधानको धारा २४४ मा गरिएको छ। धारा २४४ को उपधारा १ मा भनिएको छ,‘प्रत्येक प्रदेशमा प्रदेश लोकसेवा आयोग रहने छ।’ नयाँ संविधानअनुसार, अहिलेको लोकसेवा आयोग संघीय कानुन अनुरुप चल्ने छ। तर प्रदेश बनिसकेपछि भने प्रत्येक प्रदेशमा आफ्नै लोकसेवा आयोग रहने छ। यसको अर्थ, आफ्नो प्रदेशमा लोकसेवा आयोग कस्तो हुने भन्ने निर्धारण त्यहाँकै कानुनले गर्ने छन्। ‘प्रदेशमा बन्ने लोकसेवा आयोगहरु कस्तो हुने भन्ने चाँहि प्रदेश र त्यस प्रदेशको कानुन बनेपछि मात्रै थाहा हुने छ,’लोक सेवा आयोग अध्यक्ष उमेश मैनालीले भने। सुरुमा प्रदेशका आयोग गठन कसरी गर्ने,यसका काम कर्तव्य र अधिकार कसरी तोक्ने भनेर संघीय कानुनले आधार र मापदण्ड तोकिदिने छ। त्यसपछि आफ्नो प्रदेशमा कर्मचारी नियुक्ति गर्दा संघीय सरकारकै कर्मचारीको समायोजन गर्ने वा नयाँ कर्मचारी नियुक्ति गर्ने भन्ने विषयमा भने प्रदेशले नै निर्णय गर्ने छ। कुनै प्रदेशले अहिलेका कर्मचारी हामीलाई चाँहिदैन आफ्नै कर्मचारी नियुक्ति गर्छौँ भन्न पनि सक्छ। त्यो अझ बढी चुनौतिपूर्ण हुने मैनालीको आंकलन छ। ‘प्रदेशले हामीले आफ्ना कर्मचारी आफै गर्छौँ भन्यो भने प्रदेश लोकसेवाका चुनौतिहरु थपिने छन्,तर सुरुमा रिक्तपद मात्रै पुरा गर्दै गयो भने अनुभव पनि मिल्ने छ,’ उनले भने,‘त्यहाँको राजनीतिक नेतृत्वको विवेकमा भरपर्ने कुरा पनि हो।’ प्रदेशको लोकसेवा आयोग शून्यदेखि काम थाल्नुपर्ने छ। कार्यविधि बनाउने, पाठ्यक्रम निर्धारण,विज्ञहरुको छनोट लगायतका विषय पनि चुनौतिपूर्ण छन्।

प्रदेश र संघीय निजामति कर्मचारी

प्रदेश निजामति कर्मचारी, संघीय निजामति सेवामा र संघीय निजामति कर्मचारी, प्रदेश निजामति सेवामा जान सक्ने व्यवस्था संविधानले गरेको छ। यसरी सट्टा सरुवा गर्दा संघीय लोकसेवा आयोगको परामर्श लिनै पर्ने उल्लेख छ।

निजामति कर्मचारी सेवा 

संविधानको धारा २८४ ले केन्द्रीय संघीय निजामति सेवा र अन्य सरकारी सेवा रहने व्यवस्था गरेको छ। त्यस्ता सेवाहरुको गठन सेवा, सुविधा र शर्तहरु भने ऐन बनाएर तोक्ने भनेको छ।धारा २८५को उपधारा ३ मा प्रदेश र स्थानीय कार्यपालिकाले आफ्नो प्रशासन सञ्चालन गर्न आवश्यकता अनुसार कानुन बमोजिम विभिन्न सरकारी सेवाको गठन गर्न सक्ने उल्लेख छ।अहिले निजामति सेवामा लगभग ८० हजार कर्मचारी छन्। तिनको समायोजन कसरी गर्ने अध्ययन गर्न सरकारले काशीराज दहालको संयोजकत्वमा एउटा समिति गठन गरेको छ।सरकारका सचिव उपसचिवहरु समेत रहेको उक्त समितिले यी कर्मचारीलाई कति संघमा र कति प्रदेशमा समायोजन गर्न सकिन्छ भनेर प्रतिवेदन बनाउने छ। त्यसका लागि काम भैरहेको संयोजक काशीराज दाहालले सेतोपाटीसँग भने।हिजो बसेको समिति बैठकले सबै मन्त्रालयहरुलाई आफ्ना कर्मचारीको संख्या काम र कहाँ काम गर्न सक्छन भन्ने खाका दिन भनेको छ।‘हामीले काम सुरु गरिसकेका छौँ एकमहिना भित्र सबै मन्त्रालयले कर्मचारी कति छन् कसले के गर्न सक्छन् भन्ने खाका दिन भनिसकेका छौँ,’उनले भने।दाहालका अनुसार, प्रदेशको निजामति सेवा कस्तो हुने भन्ने प्रदेश गठन र प्रदेश कानून बनेपछि मात्रै थाहा हुनेछ।प्रदेश कर्मचारीको सेवा शर्त र सुविधा कस्तो हुने भन्ने संघीय निजामति ऐन र प्रदेश ऐन बनेपछि मात्रै थाहा हुने पनि उनले बताए।

निजामती सेवा नियमावली, २०५० मिति २०७२ असोज ७ मा १२ औं पटक संसोधन भएको छ ! त्यसका केही विशेषता निम्न अनुसार छन् !

निजामती सेवा नियमावली, २०५० मिति २०७२ असोज ७ मा १२ औं पटक संसोधन भएको छ ! त्यसका केही विशेषता निम्न अनुसार छन् !

- निजामती सेवा ऐनको तेश्रो र चौथो संशोधन अनुसारको संसोधन नियमावलीमा पनि गरिएको छ !
- प्रसुती बिदा ६० दिन बाट बढाएर ९८ दिन बनाइएको छ !
- सेवा संचालन गर्ने मन्त्रालयले प्रत्येक निजामती कर्मचारीलाई ३ वर्षमा कम्तीमा एक पटक कम्तिमा ५ कार्य दिन भएको तालिम दिनु पर्ने ,
- अध्ययन बिदा लिनेले प्रत्येक ६ महिनामा अध्यन गरिरहेको प्रमाण सहितको प्रगती विवरण पेश गर्नु पर्ने ,
- ऐन नियम बिपरित सरुवा भएमा प्रधानमन्त्री तथा मन्त्रिपरिषद्को कार्यालय वा सामान्य प्रशासन मन्त्रालयमा १५ दिन भित्र उजुरी दिन पाईने,
- रा.प. अन. तृतीय , चतुर्थ , पाँचौ तथा श्रेणी बिहिन पदमा कार्यरत कर्मचारी अवकाश भएमा उक्त पद स्वत: खारेज हुने ,
- रा प अन. दितिय श्रेणीको पदको लागी बढुवा समितिको ब्यबस्था जस्ता संसोधन तथा थप प्राबधान समेटेको छ ।

स्नातक प्रथम वर्ष र स्नातकोत्तर प्रथम वर्षको परीक्षा तालिका आज सार्वजनिक गरेको छ ।Examination Schedule 3 Years Bachelors Level 1st Year 2072

त्रिभुवन विश्वविद्यालयले २०७२ सालमा सञ्चालन गर्ने स्नातक प्रथम वर्ष र स्नातकोत्तर प्रथम वर्षको परीक्षा तालिका आज सार्वजनिक गरेको छ । त्रिविका अनुसार मानविकी, विज्ञान, व्यवस्थापन, कानुन र शिक्षाशास्त्र विषयको नियमित र आंशिक परीक्षाको तालिका सार्वजनिक गरिएको हो । स्नातक तहको मंसिर २४ देखि र स्नातकोत्तर तहको मंसिर २० गतेबाट परीक्षा सञ्चालन हुने छ । स्नातक तहको विहान ७ देखि १० बजेसम्म र स्नातकोत्तर तहको दिउँसो १२ देखि अपरान्ह ४ बजेसम्म परीक्षा सञ्चालन हुने जनाइएको छ । तालिका आजको गोरखापत्रमा प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।
